These examples come in two kinds. Public examples are documented events and incidents in Bath, with sources; they are not projects we served. Planning scenarios are hypothetical, written to show how a rental could be set up.

Public examples

Bath Heritage Days

Hosted by Main Street Bath, the four-day festival includes food vendors and Maine's largest Fourth of July parade (City of Bath). In 2026 it ran through a heat wave (WGME).

Mutual aid with Bath Iron Works

City testimony describes a close working relationship between the City's fire department and BIW's own fire department and emergency personnel (Maine Legislature). Emergency planning here is shared across employers and the City.

Planning scenarios

Planning scenario: summer heat cold storage

A downtown restaurant expecting festival crowds in a heat wave adds a refrigerated trailer so its walk-in isn't opened every few minutes.

Planning scenario: cafeteria renovation for a large employer

An employer renovates a staff cafeteria. A kitchen trailer and dish trailer serve shifts from the parking lot until the room reopens.

Matching the equipment

A mobile kitchen trailer replaces a cooking line; a dishwashing trailer replaces a dish room; a refrigeration trailer adds cold storage. Many Bath projects need only one of the three.

Bath rentals use the same starting rates as every other location: kitchens from $4,995 a month, dishwashing trailers from $4,995, and refrigeration from $1,895. Delivery, setup, and pickup are quoted for your address; utilities, water and wastewater service, permits, fuel, and food are not included. Use the rental calculator for a preliminary figure, then send your Bath address and dates for a quote.

Read the Bath planning guide, then request a quote from the Bath mobile kitchen trailer rental page.
