A one-bedroom container gives a supervisor or long-term contractor a private room; a two-bedroom container houses more people in the same footprint. Both list box and Rockwool insulation, metal sandwich panels, window-type air conditioning, and double-pane egress windows, on 120V/240V service at 125 amps.
Our price list also names labor shared, contractor, and VIP accommodation setups. Tell us how many people you're housing and for how long, and we confirm the bed layout for each container in your quote.
Supporting rentals
Sleepers rarely go alone. Crews need a kitchen trailer for meals, showers and restrooms, and often a laundry trailer. We plan the whole site layout on one delivery schedule.

Why choose us
When a kitchen goes offline, the meals don't stop. Patients still eat at noon, students still line up, and crews still need dinner. A working temporary kitchen, dish line, and cold storage keep that schedule intact while the permanent space is rebuilt or repaired.
Delivery is scheduled around the day your kitchen closes, so there's no gap in service.
Breakdowns don't keep office hours, and neither does our phone.
From the first call to the last day on site, you have one contact for the rental.
Extend if the renovation slips; terms are set by week or month.
Commercial ranges, convection ovens, tilting skillets, and dish machines built for institutional volume.
Delivery windows, stairs or ramps, and utility hookups are agreed in advance.
We don't hide the details. Every trailer page lists its equipment and electrical needs where we have them, every unit shows a starting monthly price, and our line is staffed around the clock. We serve hospitals, nursing homes, schools and universities, correctional facilities, government and military sites, hotels, resorts, and caterers.
Across the country
Read these as what-if planning notes. They describe common situations, not customer stories.
A long power outage can spoil a walk-in's contents and damage compressors. For a school district in Bath, an emergency refrigeration trailer rental could hold product while the permanent unit is repaired.
Utility upgrades in an older building can cut gas or power to the kitchen for days at a time. A facility in Tombstone facing scheduled shutoffs could run meals from a leased kitchen trailer wired to temporary service.
Correctional kitchens can't pause meal service for a remodel. A facility serving Helen could run a 40 ft bulk kitchen trailer inside its secure perimeter for the length of the job.
In a declared disaster, public emergency logistics run through state and county emergency management agencies and their staging areas. Our deliveries are arranged separately with you: we agree the route, the gate, and the placement for your site before the truck leaves.
In every state, mobile kitchen trailers start from $4,995 a month, dishwashing trailers from $4,995, and refrigeration from $1,895, with weekly terms on request. These starting rates apply in every location we serve. Delivery, setup, pickup, utilities, and permits are quoted for your address. Compare every unit's price or build an estimate in the rental calculator.
24/7 emergency line
A fire, flood, or failed hood can close a kitchen overnight. Call any hour and have ready: your address, meals per day, the date the kitchen went down, and the power and water available on site.
FAQ
Mobile kitchen trailers from 24 ft to 40 ft, dishwashing trailers with push-through or conveyor machines, and refrigerated trailers and containers. Kitchens range from standard cooking lines to bulk kitchens with tilting skillets and walk-in coolers.
Yes. Renovation is the most common reason for a kitchen rental. The trailer parks near your building, connects to power and water, and carries food service until the permanent kitchen reopens. Rentals run by the week or month, so the term can follow your construction schedule.
Mobile kitchen trailers start from $4,995 per month, dishwashing trailers from $4,995 per month, and refrigeration from $1,895 per month. Delivery, setup, pickup, utilities, and permits are quoted separately for your location.
Yes. A common setup pairs a kitchen trailer with a dishwashing trailer and a refrigerated trailer, placed so staff can move between them. We plan the layout, power, and water for all of them together.
It depends on meals per day, menu, and staff. A 24 or 28 ft standard kitchen suits conventional meal service; a 38 or 40 ft kitchen adds fryers, double-stack ovens, and tilting skillets; a 40 ft bulk kitchen is built for institutional volume. Tell us your meal count and menu and we'll recommend a size.
Match it to volume. A 22 to 26 ft low-temperature push-through trailer handles moderate service; 30 and 38 ft conveyor trailers handle hospital, campus, and correctional volume. Note that the 30 ft conveyor trailer needs three-phase power.
