Laundry Trailers

Mobile Laundry Trailer and Container Rentals for Crews and Facilities

Laundry trailer rentals put rows of commercial washers and dryers wherever crews live or a facility's laundry is offline, and they work alongside our mobile kitchen trailers and shower trailers on long projects. Choose a 30 ft trailer, a 26 to 27 ft trailer, or a 20 ft laundry container, on weekly rentals or monthly leases. Remote crew camps, hospitals, nursing homes, hotels, and disaster recovery teams use them. We coordinate delivery, hookup, and setup, and our line is open 24/7. How to pick the right laundry trailer

Size by loads per day. The 30 ft trailer lists 10 washers and dryers and comes in electric and propane versions; the 26 to 27 ft trailer lists 6 to 8. Both electric trailers run on 240V single-phase service at 200 amps. We confirm the exact washer and dryer split for the unit assigned to you.

The 20 ft laundry container holds 7 washers and 7 dryers on 120V/240V service at 200 amps. It sits at ground level and fits tighter sites. Plan water supply and a drain or holding tank before you choose.

Rental terms at a glance

Here's how a rental works, wherever the job is. A quote covers the equipment, delivery, setup, and pickup for your location. An inquiry doesn't reserve equipment; we confirm availability for each project.

  • Rental terms

  • Hours

Calls answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including emergencies.

  • Setup time

Overall about 5 hours for kitchen and dishwashing trailers, about 1 hour for other units. With stairs, 5 to 15 minutes when stairs are needed; with a ramp, 4 to 6 hours when a ramp is needed.

When kitchens go offline: five situations we plan for

These are the situations that usually lead to a call. Each one is a scenario to plan around, not a description of a specific customer.

  1. 1. After a storm, flood, or outage

A kitchen fire, even a small one, usually means hood cleaning, inspection, and repairs before cooking resumes. A restaurant or care home in Marfa could move service into a kitchen trailer parked outside until the space is cleared.

  2. 2. Major construction

New construction on a campus often closes the old kitchen before the new one opens. A university in Tombstone building a new dining hall could bridge the gap with a kitchen trailer rental and a dishwashing trailer.

  3. 3. Kitchen renovation

Summer is when schools redo cafeterias. A district in Cedar Key with summer meal programs could lease a mobile kitchen so the renovation doesn't stop service.

  4. 4. Emergency equipment access

In a declared disaster, public emergency logistics run through state and county emergency management agencies and their staging areas. Our deliveries are arranged separately with you: we agree the route, the gate, and the placement for your site before the truck leaves.

  5. 5. What a rental costs

A standard kitchen trailer for three months starts at $14,985 in equipment; add a dish trailer from $4,995 a month or cold storage from $1,895 a month. These starting rates apply in every location we serve. Delivery, setup, pickup, utilities, and permits are quoted for your address. Compare every unit's price or build an estimate in the rental calculator.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What size kitchen trailer do I need?

It depends on meals per day, menu, and staff. A 24 or 28 ft standard kitchen suits conventional meal service; a 38 or 40 ft kitchen adds fryers, double-stack ovens, and tilting skillets; a 40 ft bulk kitchen is built for institutional volume. Tell us your meal count and menu and we'll recommend a size.

Do temporary kitchen trailers need permits?

Often, yes, but it varies. Health, building, fire, and temporary-use approvals depend on your city or county, your facility, and how the kitchen will be used. Check with your local authorities early; we can share equipment details they ask for.

How long does setup take?

Overall setup is about 5 hours for kitchen and dishwashing trailers and about 1 hour for other units. Stairs take 5 to 15 minutes to place; a ramp, when needed, takes 4 to 6 hours.

Are long-term rentals available?

Yes. Rentals are available by the week or by the month (1 week or monthly), and long-term leases can run for the length of a multi-month renovation or rebuild.

Can I rent a temporary kitchen during a renovation?

Yes. Renovation is the most common reason for a kitchen rental. The trailer parks near your building, connects to power and water, and carries food service until the permanent kitchen reopens. Rentals run by the week or month, so the term can follow your construction schedule.

What type of dishwashing trailer do I need?

Match it to volume. A 22 to 26 ft low-temperature push-through trailer handles moderate service; 30 and 38 ft conveyor trailers handle hospital, campus, and correctional volume. Note that the 30 ft conveyor trailer needs three-phase power.
