When you send the quote form, we receive your name, email, phone number, project location, the equipment and rental length you choose, your industry and start date if you give them, your message, and the page you sent it from. When you call, we keep the notes needed to answer your request.

How we use it

We use it to reply to your inquiry, check availability, prepare a quote, and manage a rental if you go ahead. We don't sell your information. Form submissions are passed to the service we use to manage inquiries.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records as long as needed to respond and to keep business records, then delete them.
