Choose the function first
Size a kitchen by meals and menu, not by trailer length alone. A 24 or 28 ft standard kitchen carries a convection oven, a griddle and oven combination, a six-burner range, sinks, a prep table, and reach-in refrigeration: enough for conventional service. The 38 ft adds a deep fryer; the 40 ft adds double-stack ovens and a tilting skillet.
If you cook from scratch or lose your walk-in in the same project, the 40 ft combo kitchen builds a walk-in cooler into the trailer. Institutional kitchens serving thousands of meals usually need a 40 ft bulk kitchen. Every kitchen we list runs on 220V single-phase power at 200 to 220 amps, except the all-electric unit, which is specified by quote.
Supporting rentals
Most kitchen rentals pair with a dishwashing trailer rental if you serve on reusable trays and plates, and with a refrigerated trailer when the permanent walk-in is inside the construction zone. Planning the three together keeps staff walking distances short and lets one delivery plan cover all of them.

Why choose us
Food service is the part of a facility people notice first when it stops. Reliable cooking, warewashing, and refrigeration trailers, planned before delivery, let a facility anywhere in the country keep serving through construction or a breakdown.
We plan the trailer, route, and placement up front, which shortens the time from call to first meal.
Breakdowns don't keep office hours, and neither does our phone.
One team handles sizing, utilities planning, delivery, setup, and pickup.
Rent for a week, a month, or a long-term lease that follows your construction schedule.
Commercial ranges, convection ovens, tilting skillets, and dish machines built for institutional volume.
Delivery windows, stairs or ramps, and utility hookups are agreed in advance.
We don't hide the details. Every trailer page lists its equipment and electrical needs where we have them, every unit shows a starting monthly price, and our line is staffed around the clock. We serve hospitals, nursing homes, schools and universities, correctional facilities, government and military sites, hotels, resorts, and caterers.
Across the country
These are the situations that usually lead to a call. Each one is a scenario to plan around, not a description of a specific customer.
Water damage from a burst line can close a commercial kitchen without warning. A facility in Forks could keep serving from a temporary kitchen trailer while the floor and walls are opened up.
Remote job sites near Sturgis often have no restaurant within a short drive. A contractor there could feed crews from a mobile kitchen trailer, with shower and restroom trailers on the same delivery.
Replacing a dish room is a renovation too. A hospital near Sturgis could keep trays moving with a dishwashing trailer while the new machine is installed.
In a declared disaster, public emergency logistics run through state and county emergency management agencies and their staging areas. Our deliveries are arranged separately with you: we agree the route, the gate, and the placement for your site before the truck leaves.
Budget from $1,895 a month for emergency cold storage, $4,995 for a dish trailer, and $4,995 for a full kitchen trailer, by the month or the week. These starting rates apply in every location we serve. Delivery, setup, pickup, utilities, and permits are quoted for your address. Compare every unit's price or build an estimate in the rental calculator.
24/7 emergency line
A fire, flood, or failed hood can close a kitchen overnight. Call any hour and have ready: your address, meals per day, the date the kitchen went down, and the power and water available on site.
FAQ
Yes. A common setup pairs a kitchen trailer with a dishwashing trailer and a refrigerated trailer, placed so staff can move between them. We plan the layout, power, and water for all of them together.
Mobile kitchen trailers start from $4,995 per month, dishwashing trailers from $4,995 per month, and refrigeration from $1,895 per month. Delivery, setup, pickup, utilities, and permits are quoted separately for your location.
Overall setup is about 5 hours for kitchen and dishwashing trailers and about 1 hour for other units. Stairs take 5 to 15 minutes to place; a ramp, when needed, takes 4 to 6 hours.
It depends on meals per day, menu, and staff. A 24 or 28 ft standard kitchen suits conventional meal service; a 38 or 40 ft kitchen adds fryers, double-stack ovens, and tilting skillets; a 40 ft bulk kitchen is built for institutional volume. Tell us your meal count and menu and we'll recommend a size.
Mobile kitchen trailers from 24 ft to 40 ft, dishwashing trailers with push-through or conveyor machines, and refrigerated trailers and containers. Kitchens range from standard cooking lines to bulk kitchens with tilting skillets and walk-in coolers.
Often, yes, but it varies. Health, building, fire, and temporary-use approvals depend on your city or county, your facility, and how the kitchen will be used. Check with your local authorities early; we can share equipment details they ask for.
