Planning scenario: rally-season overflow kitchen
A restaurant adds a kitchen trailer on its lot before mid-July, runs a short rally menu from it, and keeps the main kitchen for dine-in.
Planning scenario: off-season remodel
A venue remodels its kitchen from January to April. A kitchen trailer covers events until the new kitchen passes inspection.
Matching the equipment
