Starting monthly rates
These are starting monthly rates from our current price list, the same figures shown on each equipment page. They apply in every location we serve, from large metros to small towns like Marfa and Bath.
- Mobile kitchen trailers: 24 and 28 ft standard kitchens from $4,995; 38 and 40 ft kitchens and the 40 ft combo kitchen from $7,995; 40 ft bulk kitchens from $10,995. The 38 ft all-electric kitchen is priced by quote.
- Dishwashing trailers: low-temperature trailers from $4,995; high-temperature conveyor trailers from $6,995.
- Refrigeration: 12 and 20 ft refrigerated trailers from $1,895; refrigerated containers from $2,995 (20 ft) and $3,995 (40 ft).
The rental prices page lists every unit, and the rental calculator adds up a preliminary monthly figure for the units and months you choose.
What changes the price
- Trailer size and equipment. A bulk kitchen with a tilting skillet and walk-in cooler costs more than a standard 24 ft line.
- Rental term. Rentals under a month and very long leases are priced in the quote.
- Delivery, setup, and pickup. Quoted for your address and route. Stairs take 5 to 15 minutes to set; a ramp takes 4 to 6 hours.
What is never included
Utilities, water and wastewater service, permits, fuel, and food supplies. Budget for them separately, along with any electrical work needed to bring 220V service to the trailer.
Paying for an emergency
After a declared disaster, the U.S. Small Business Administration offers low-interest disaster loans (SBA). Check eligibility with SBA and your insurer before you sign; our quote lists equipment, delivery, setup, and pickup on separate lines, which helps with claims.
